I'm finding little patterns of holes in my clothes. I have an expensive front loader washing machine and it seems as if the Internet is telling me that my machine is the problem. I thought it may be bugs (YIKES!), but ruled that out. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to stop this? It seems to be only on knit fabrics. Please don't say "replace my washer."
**UPDATE: It was my washer. Replacing it fixed the problem. I wish I could say it wasn't so.

I have the same thing....at first I just thought holes appearing ramdomly....The holes seem to appear in clusters mostly black or dark fabric and the type of fabric is from garments like leggings t-shirts stretchy jersey material...I have never come across anything like this and I too thought it was moths!!!!!! Still bamboozled as to what is causing it ...so thought I would google it and found your blog........Glad to know its not just me :)
