What's that Font?

If you follow me, you know I love to get crafty.  I use one of those electronic cutters with some computer software that lets me use any font I have installed on my computer.  If you know me, you will know that I have HUNDREDS of fonts.

I use my cutter to cut out fabric for applique and quilting.  I cut vinyl for decals and I cut paper for scrapbooking.  Cutting out letters in different fonts are probably the number one thing I cut out.

Here's my problem... Going through every font to see which one I like the best is for the birds!

Well..... KUDOS to WORDMARK

Wordmark is an online tool that allows you to see all your fonts.  All you do is type the word in the little square at the top and then click "Load Fonts" and viola! The word appears in every font you have.  The best part? It is FREE!  Visit their ads, visit their page and give them a big thank you!!

I just typed "Jill Dunn" in the little box, and look at that! I am just giddy right now! Gotta go cut out some letters!!

Scrapbooking Title Pages

This is what I am currently working on. I like using chalks to make my paper pieces stand out. My favorite thing to do it make a "title page" then put all the pictures on the following pages. It sections off my albums if I put multiple events in one album.

Message Boards - No Electricity Required

This is the board I made from some dandy little scrapbooking supplies for my office door. My students write me notes and leave me "presents"on it.
I think its cute! The ambulance is wooden and I glued magnets on it.  Sometimes the notes are more private, so there is a magnetic note pad on there so they can tear it off and put it under my door.

Scrapping my Deep Sea Fishing Trip

This picture turned out really dark. I love my new phone, but I'm really NOT impressed with the camera! It just does not take good pictures, but maybe you will get the idea. I've been scrapbooking our deep sea fishing trip for quite a while now. I really need to finish it. I have had it on my F.R.E.D. (For Really Easy Designing available through Aptus Designs) for over a month! I'm thinking about stitching the pictures to the page with a tan thread. I haven't experimented with thread yet. Nothing on the page is glued down, just stuck it on there to try to get some ideas. I need a muse!

Scrapbook Pics of Strangling Your Best Friend

I scraplifted this page but I love it! It is certainly one of my favorites! You know, scraplifting is one of the highest compliments a scrapbooker can give!

I used a silver pen to color the star. I traced boarder paper for the background behind graduation and the stickers came as a set. Eyelets were used on the picture corners with a Crop-A-Dial. It was a pretty quick page, but I love the way it turned out. Especially with us clowning around on such a serious matter!
