Help! I have holes in my clothes!

I'm finding little patterns of holes in my clothes. I have an expensive front loader washing machine and it seems as if the Internet is telling me that my machine is the problem. I thought it may be bugs (YIKES!), but ruled that out. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to stop this? It seems to be only on knit fabrics.  Please don't say "replace my washer."

**UPDATE: It was my washer. Replacing it fixed the problem. I wish I could say it wasn't so.

Using Dry Erase Markers Around the House

This is my husband's creative way to remind me to get the lunch he packed me.  It's a dry erase marker. How sweet!


Here's a home hint: My husband and I leave for work at different times in the morning. He is usually up and gone before me so we keep dry erase markers around the house to communicate. They write on anything with a slick surface.  We keep one in the kitchen and one in the toothbrush cup in the bathroom to write on the mirror. Please note: If you make a drawing on the mirror in the bathroom, the next person who steams it up can still read it, so write/draw with care ;) Vinegar or commercial window cleaner will get it off though. Always test on a hidden area to make sure it is non-porous.

Markers are great for teenager reminders too! 

My mixed media made with cricut

I sent this to my friend Dorothy as a gift. Sometimes it is just nice getting surprises in the mail. I really think she liked it.

It was made using  Cricut Home Decor Solutions Cartridge assorted scrapbooking paper in brown, yellow pattern, blue pattern, light pink pattern, dark pink pattern, and green pattern, acrylic paint for the background, and 1/4" ribbon for hanging. Matte Mod Podge was used to glue the paper to the 12x12 canvas.

Scrapbooking Title Pages

This is what I am currently working on. I like using chalks to make my paper pieces stand out. My favorite thing to do it make a "title page" then put all the pictures on the following pages. It sections off my albums if I put multiple events in one album.
